Frequently Asked Questions
If you don’t see your question here, reach out via our Contact page.
How do I choose my level?
Use the course filters: Beginner is for foundational technique, Intermediate assumes prior scene study, and Advanced expects consistent auditioning or credits. When unsure, start Intermediate and request coach feedback to adjust.
Are classes available online and in-studio?
Yes—many courses run as Online, In-studio, or Hybrid. Use the Format filter in the Catalog.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we offer credits if your seat can be filled. After the course begins, credits apply for documented emergencies only. See Terms.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, limited need-based scholarships and sliding-scale seats are released quarterly. Announcements go out via email. Apply through Contact.
Can I record classes?
For educational use only and with consent from all on-camera participants. Public posting is prohibited. Instructors may share select takes for notes.
What equipment do I need for on-camera?
A phone or camera that records 1080p, a quiet space, and stable light. For self-tapes: tripod, two soft lights, and a neutral backdrop are recommended.
How large are classes?
We cap most courses at 10–14 actors to ensure meaningful reps and individual notes.
Do you help with demo reels and headshots?
Yes—coaches provide reel feedback, and we hold periodic headshot clinics with partner photographers.
Can I reschedule a class?
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the session for a $25 fee if space is available. Contact us directly for last-minute medical or family emergencies.
